CloseSooner turns a home inspection PDF into a short action plan for real estate agents. The first report for an email is free. After that, a single report is $12.95, Pro is $23.95 per month, and Brokerage is $199 per month for 15 agents with extra seats at $10 per month.

Plans usually arrive within the hour. We do not promise delivery in minutes, and we do not estimate repair prices. Contractor listings come from public Google data. They are not endorsements, and your client should confirm licensing and quotes.

Pro fair use is a policy, not a hard report cap in the product. Brokerage plans share about 100 reports a month across the office. Cancel Pro or Brokerage anytime in the Stripe Customer Portal.
